Having a really bad experience with Abofiets, i just signed up and was charged and was unable to collect the bike immediately so customer service said they would cancel the subscription and refund the charge. A month later they still haven't refunded it and they completely ignore my messages. All i want is someone to look into this for me to get it resolved.

The bike is beautiful, lightweight and very fast. Includes excellent front and rear lamps and bell. Service was also great, 10/10. Very happy with it

*after more then 6 months of use: the service is great!! Guys repair your bike for free whatever damage might happen and you dont even need to go anywhere. Just park your bike and send them a message

And all this with a very good low monthly price! 10/10

Fiets is redelijke kwaliteit, spatbordje of lampje hing rap los wel bij mij. Service heeft nog niet weg van wat je gewend bent van de 2020/2021 startups services. Kleine lettertjes ophaalkosten van €15,- als je jouw abbonement opzegd. Het bedrag is te verwaarlozen, maar het principe niet. Voelt toch altijd vervelend om non-transparante bedragen als cadeautje te krijgen. Al met al prima, maar heb liever ander soort partijen die transparanter en kwalitatief beter zijn.

Bike arrived the next day and it's brand new, lightweight and sturdy.
I got a flat tire after few months and they fixed it right away the next day without any problems, so really super happy with it.

Uitstekende service! Zondagavond besteld, maandagochtend op m'n gloednieuwe fiets. Plastic zat er zelfs nog omheen. Fietst heerlijk en de felgroene wielen zijn erg herkenbaar tussen alle blauwe ;). De bezorger van de fiets heeft keurig de fiets afgesteld en was erg vriendelijk. Mooi om te zien dat de heren van Abofiets service en klantvriendelijkheid belangrijk vinden :)!

I sign up one afternoon and they delievered it to me the next day. They reply quickly on Whatsapp and the bike quality is really good and it goes very fast. Even if you don't like it - which I don't think will be the case - you can cancel your subscrpition after 3 months. Definitely worth it!

Ik heb 3 maanden geleden was ik op zoek naar een fiets-verhuur bedrijf. Ik heb abofiets kunnen vinden en het was me opgevallen dat hun heel erg klantvriendelijk, service-gericht, betaalbaar en een mooie vormgeving hebben. Ik ben heel erg tevreden met de fiets en het fietst heerlijkkk. Als er iets aan de hand met je fiets zijn ze er zelfs binnen een 1 uurtje. Ik vind oprecht dat ze veel beter zijn dan swapfiets. Abofiets is het zeker waard!!!
